We've introduced a new claims submission experience in 340B ESP, giving you greater visibility into your claims data before and after submission.

The updated experience introduces a new Submission Summary to review key details and Validation Alerts before submission, a Submission Receipt to review results afterward, and an ESP ID to help track claims between 340B ESP and local systems.

Covered entities can now submit encounter data in 340B ESP.

Encounter data provides additional information about the encounter associated with a claim and can be submitted alongside claims data when required. The new submission experience supports both Pharmacy + Encounter and Medical + Encounter submissions, providing a consistent workflow for reviewing and submitting claims with supporting encounter data.

340B ESP continues to publish short video content regarding the new experience.

The 340B ESP navigation menu has been updated to make key workflows easier to access.

All submission modules are now grouped under Claims Data. Purchase Validation and Submission Balances are now located under Account Integrity. Settings have moved to upper right corner if you click your user icon.
