In 340B ESP, authorized users can enroll additional covered entities from within the platform to access and manage those entities using your existing user account.
Registration and authorization requirements
Before enrolling a covered entity, review the following requirements.
Enrolling a covered entity
You must be a registered 340B ESP user.
The covered entity must not already be enrolled in 340B ESP.
You must be authorized to enroll the covered entity.
Registering an Additional Entity
If you have additional entities that you are authorized to register, use the New Entity Enrollment modal to register new entities from the Entity Profile.
Navigate to Entity Profile.
Click Add New Entity, located in the New Entity Enrollment modal.
Select the covered entity you want to enroll. If the entity you are looking for is not available, this means the entity has already been enrolled.
Authorize your registration by checking the "I am authorized" checkbox.
Please carefully read and accept our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy must be accepted to register the covered entity.
Click Enroll.
If authorized, the covered entity is added to your account and becomes available throughout 340B ESP, along with access to any historical claims submission data; if authorization cannot be confirmed, your enrollment will be placed under review, and Support will contact you if additional information is needed to complete the enrollment.
At any point, you can check the status or rescind your entity enrollment in 340B ESP, under the Enrollments in Review modal. If the entity appears under the Enrollments in Review, it means the entity enrollment is still pending and not available to view in 340B ESP at this time.
