All covered entities are required to submit 340B ESP's Pharmacy Certification. For entities that do not have a 340B ESP account, the process will be completed from an authenticated link sent directly to your email. Learn how to complete the Pharmacy Certification process if your covered entity does not have access to a 340B ESP account.
Complete Certification Without a 340B ESP Account
Covered entities that do not have a 340B ESP account can complete Pharmacy Certification using the authenticated link provided in the certification email.
Open the authenticated link provided in the email invitation.
Complete the certification form and provide any requested information or documentation.
If documentation is required, attach the requested files and click Submit.
After submitting the form, the Pharmacy Certification is considered complete for that covered entity.
Note: Attaching documentation does not save your progress. You must submit the form to complete the certification.
