Using the Entity Profile, Admins can invite users directly to a specific covered entity and assign role-based permissions in 340B ESP based on each user’s required access level — giving covered entities the control over which users can view, manage, and administer different areas of the platform.
Before You Begin
The covered entity must be registered in 340B ESP.
You must have Admin permissions.
Inviting a User to a Covered Entity in 340B ESP
Use the Users tab in the Entity Profile to invite new users to the selected covered entity and provide them with the appropriate level of access in 340B ESP.
Navigate to the Entity Profile.
Select the Users tab.
Click Invite New User.
In the invitation pop-up window, enter the user’s information.
After completing all required fields, click Send Invite.
The invited user will receive an email prompting them to complete the registration process and activate their account. After accepting the invitation, the user will be guided through account setup, including configuring two-factor authentication, creating a password, and accepting the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Once complete, the user can log in to 340B ESP and access the covered entity according to their assigned role and permissions.
If an error appears when sending the invitation, verify whether the user has already been added to the covered entity in the Users tab.
If the invitation is sent successfully but the user does not receive the email, verify that the email address was entered correctly and ask the user to check their spam or junk folder. If issues persist, use the support messenger within 340B ESP to contact Customer Support.
Note: Assigning a user the Admin role allows them to invite and manage additional users within the covered entity. Learn more about user roles and permission in the Roles and Permission Overview.
